The recipes are AWESOME

I don’t know who they have writing their recipes, but the flavor and the seasoning is really amazing considering they’re pretty simple. I am really enjoying all the recipes and unlike other plans I feel like the food I’m eating is actually really good for my heart and my health. I have not started using the toning program yet since I wanted to focus on one thing at a time, but I have already lost 6 pounds in less than three weeks and I don’t feel deprived at all.
