Was not happy with the fact I thought the meal planner comes with the stuff I purchased I purchased the bundle and it showed me meal plan book and I called they said you can order one I took a snap of what was to come and it didn’t so I don’t even use the program I was to upset I needed the meal plan

Not impressed

Idk it’s just okay, it’s nothing special compared to free workout plans on YouTube in my opinion. I love how they say 24 minutes only but when you count warmups, breaks between circuits, and cool down, it really is at least 47 minutes.

Love this book!

I was stuck at the same weight, working out 4-5 days a week for an hour so I started this book! It makes you use all your muscles and I’ve had great results and I’m only one month in!

Need an app

The workouts are challenging and I love the Friday workouts. However, I wish there were an app that included videos (which could be a tad bit more engaging), nutrition information, and tracking of measurements capability.
